The Lauer Foundation recently returned to Edison Middle School in Wheaton, Illinois to present a program to 7th grade science students. The Foundation brought in various examples of rocks and fossils that the 7th grade classes have been studying. The fossil specimens were used to demonstrate different methods used by scientists to research and present their discoveries.
Thank you to the students and teachers for their hospitality, interest and excellent questions. Each student went home with a fossil shark tooth from Morocco and a Lauer Foundation key chain.
